o Provide a total support package that on top of corrective maintenance includes preventive maintenance, expedient remedial action and a single phone number to call for any solutions or answers regarding the performance of integrated system.

o Cover both hardware and software requirements so that services action coordination become much simpler, faster and foolproof.
